4-H Project Volunteers

An exciting first time opportunity awaits you. Please accept this special invitation to attend the Florida   4-H Project Volunteer Workshop.  This workshop is for all adult volunteers giving leadership to and working with youth in the dog, poultry and rabbit projects.

Workshop topics include youth and adult project teaching materials, planning shows and other educational activities, skill a thons, quiz bowls, teaching youth in all 4-H age groups, protecting yourself and your youth through risk management, organizing and maintaining project clubs.  In addition there will be specialty topics in each project area.

Yes, it is a full agenda and that is why we are reserving an entire weekend for this.  This will be held at  4-H Camp Ocala which is located about 40 miles east of the city of Ocala. Dates are June 10-12.  See the full agenda for all the details.  You can attend for a day or fulltime.

Registration is via 4-H Online Enrollment or the attached form.  You need to be registered as a 4-H adult volunteer to register and participate in this training opportunity.   After you register online send a check made payable to your county extension 4-H program to your county 4-H office. If completing the attached form return it with your payment to your 4-H office.
