Bushnell deserves credit for park

It’s exciting viewing the plans that the City of Bushnell has for its downtown revitalization project. It’s not so exciting living without the huge oak tree in front of City Hall.
The plans include some elements that are sure to bring new life to the center of Bushnell.
When the new year hit, so did the construction work. Gone is the old School Board building that sat on the Florida Street side of the property. Unfortunately, so is the large stately oak tree that provided aesthetic relief to the area.
