The Gator Event
The United Church of Christ at The Villages will host “The Gator Event,” a day apart filled with special discussions on Saturday, Feb. 18, 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. at the church, located at 12514 County Rd 101, in Oxford, one mile north of County Rd 466. Holy Convocation
The Abundant Life Church, 8777 U.S. Hwy. 301 N, Wildwood will host their 38th Annual Convocation “Returning to our roots” on Friday, Feb. 17 through Friday, Feb. 24 at 7:30 p.m. nightly. Guest Speakers include Dr. William McCoy Pastor of Unity C.O.G.I.C. Rockford, Ill. and Prophet Randy Tillman of Swainsboro, Ga. The public is invited. Free food
The Abundant Life Church, 8777 U.S. Hwy. 301 N, Wildwood, will host a free food give-a-way on Saturday, Feb. 25 from 9 to 11 a.m. (or until all is given out). Please bring picture ID. Spring Fling
Craft and yard sale vendors on March 24, 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. on the grounds of Indian Hill Baptist Church, 7819 C.R. 633, Bushnell. Everyone is welcome to come out and set up and sell your items. There is not any charge for a space. Just bring your own tables.
Barbeque Plate (Ribs or chicken) with two sides; or hot dogs, chips, soda and water will be available at an affordable price. Come and join the fun and fellowship.
FBC of Webster Saturday Night Sing
The First Baptist Church of Webster, 173 S.E. 1st Ave, Webster, FL 33597, invites you to join us for our Saturday Night Sing on Feb. 18 at 7 p.m. The Telestials, a country gospel family group, from Nashville , Tenn. will be our featured group. This events is free to attend, a love offering will be collected in order to support their ministry.
Food/bargains/fun at the Methodist Church Bazaar
A day of food, bargains and fun is planned for the Bushnell Methodist Church Spring Bazaar on Saturday, March 3. The Bazaar will be on the church grounds located at 221 W. Noble Ave., Bushnell, from 7:30 a.m. to 1 p.m.
Anyone wishing to donate usable items for the Closet Treasures/Rummage Sale may take them to the church office no later than Wednesday Feb. 29 (between 8:30 a.m. and 1:30 p.m., Monday through Thursday). To request that large items be picked up, please call the church at 793-3221 or Jim Henderson at 793-7981.

Food/clothing giveaway
The First Baptist Church of Rutland will have a free food and clothing giveaway on Feb. 18 from 9 a.m. to noon. The event is to help community members having a hard time making ends meet. No vendors allow. The church is on S.R. 44 east of the Withlacoochee River Bridge, west of Interstate 75. For more information call 793-3340, leave a message.
Crafters Wanted
St. Catherine United Methodist Church is looking for crafters for our annual Spring Bazaar on Saturday, March 17 at 9848 County Road 738B, five miles south of Bushnell, on U.S. 301.

Series of sermons on a day in the life of Christ
The 6th sermon in a series of a day in the life of Christ will be presented by Pastor Drew Willard at The United Church of Christ at The Villages on Sunday, Feb. 19 at 9:50 a.m. Title of the sermon is “Family Matters.” A dramatic monologue in remembrance of Black History month will be given by “Anarcha.”

Fairway Christian Church
Fairway’s movie night will be held on Feb. 17 at 6:30 p.m. The featured film is “Courageous.”
The Discover Your Ministry class will be held at Fairway on Feb. 18 from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Lunch will be provided and sign up is required 352-259-9305.

Pancake breakfast
The F.A.I.T.H. Riders, Lake Panasoffkee Chapter, will be holding its 3rd Annual Pancake Breakfast Saturday, March 3 from 8 until 11 a.m., in the Fellowship Hall of the First Baptist Church of Lake Panasoffkee. On the menu are 2 pancakes, sausages, a serving of scrambled eggs, a serving of hash-brown casserole, and coffee or juice for only $4. All are invited.
The F.A.I.T.H Riders are an Evangelical Motorcycle Outreach Ministry based at the First Baptist Church of Lake Panasoffkee. The Church is located at 802 C.R. 470 in Lake Panasoffkee.
Please come and help support this Ministry with their efforts of Community Service, such as their Christmas Toy Drive and Food Distribution and Delivery to needy Lake Panasoffkee residents. They also, through their Evangelical Outreach, spread the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

Country/Gospel Benefit Concert
Come on out on Saturday, Feb. 25 for a great evening of Country and Gospel music with the Steelwater Band. This will be the 4th annual benefit concert for the Church of the Fishermen food pantry. The food pantry provides food to Lake Panasoffkee and Sumterville families and individuals in times of economic hardship.  The cost is $5 plus 2 non-perishable food items at the door with meals sold at the event for $3.25 and up (hot dogs, sloppy Joes, etc.). Doors open and meals will be served at 6 p.m., with the Steelwater Band concert to follow at 7 p.m. Call 352-793-3438 with questions or for directions. Annie Moses Band to perform
The acclaimed family musical ensemble The Annie Moses Band will be bringing their unique blend of Classical, Christian, Folk and Pop Music to First Baptist Church in Bushnell February 19 at 6:30 pm. This is a Love Offering Event.

Men’s fashion show
Fresh Fire Christian Entertainment presents the first annual men’s fashion show at 6 p.m. on Saturday, Feb. 25, at God’s Glory Ministries, 206 N. Main St., Wildwood. Registration fee is $25. Southern Gospel concert
Croom-A-Coochee Baptist Church will be hosting its annual Southern Gospel Concert on Saturday, Feb. 18 at 7 p.m., featuring the Mark Trammell Quartet. The admission is free, only a love-offering will be taken.

Son Rise Café
Son Rise Café at the First Baptist Church of Webster runs every Thursday through March 29 at 10 a.m. A home-cooked breakfast, coffee, and other yummies are free. First Baptist Church of Webster is located at 173rd S.E. 1st Ave in Webster or call 352-793-3738 for more information.

Prayer group

Celebrate Recovery
Celebrate Recovery is a Christ-center recovery program for fellowship and to celebrate God’s healing power. Come hear about this program on Tuesdays at 7 p.m. or Saturdays at 9 a.m. in the Ministry House, 410 Oxford St., Wildwood, next door to First Baptist Church of Wildwood.
