A massive manhunt ended in arrest Sunday when the suspect was finally discovered by a law enforcement bloodhound while the man hide in woods behind a Nobleton convenience store.
Numerous Sumter law enforcement officers spent several days attempting to apprehend Lance Douglas Windisch, 43, after he reportedly took photos or videos on Sept. 12 of a woman in the Bushnell Walmart, on County Road 48 W, by putting his camera phone underneath her skirt, according to sheriff’s Lt. Bobby Caruthers.
