Cops: Robbery suspect puts gun against clerk's head

A female store clerk was threatened with a gun to her neck during a Sunday morning store robbery at Beville’s Corner, according to a sheriff’s report.
It was just after 2 a.m. on Aug. 23 when the Circle K clerk “was on the west side of the store, inside, in front a drink cooler, trying to decide what to drink,” according to Sumter sheriff’s Lt. Bobby Caruthers.
“Someone entered the door, she turned around and she was confronted by a black male displaying a firearm and pointing it at her.”
