Miami man honored as young entrepeneur

Andres Cardona, of Miami, was awarded the Young Entrepeneur Award in 2017, by Florida Gov. Rick Scott. Cardona was honored for founding  the Elite Basketball Academy, a youth basketball camp, in 2011. The academy lists it's goal as to "instill everlasting principles in the youths of our community, using basketball as our tool." The camp provides two weekly practices and one weekly indoor game, for $70 each month. The camp is for youth age six to 18 years. Cardona
